Meet and Greet for Walk to End Alzheimer's

The Alzheimer’s Association® invites area residents to learn about how they can join the fight to end Alzheimer’s by participating in the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s. Join us for an informational “Meet and Greet” to discover local resources and how you can take part in the world’s largest movement to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. Join us Tuesday, August 13 from 6pm – 7:30pm at the Belgrade Holiday Inn, enjoy drinks and light appetizers provided by Edgewood Memory Care and learn more about the Walk to End Alzheimer’s and how you can be involved. In Montana alone, there are more than 21,000 people living with Alzheimer’s and over 50,000 family members providing their care. More than 5 million Americans are living with Alzheimer's disease – the sixth-leading cause of death in the United States. Additionally, more than 16 million family members and friends provide care to people with Alzheimer’s and other dementias.
